Make sure PhotoSync is installed on each of your devices. You can download the PhotoSync Companion app for your PC from our website under Downloads.Select the files to be transferred, e.g. using Drag & Drop, and start the transfer. It may happen that no PhotoSync device is displayed in the device search window. Please check that you have started PhotoSync on your phone/tablet and that it is active and that both devices are on the same network and are allowed to communicate with each other. No results finding the phone/tablet If the automatic device detection isn't working but there is a connection possible between your PC and the phone/tablet, you can enter your phone/tablet manually and have PhotoSync companion find it. In PhotoSync on your phone/tablet please tap the red transfer button and open the Receive tab in the action menu: Receive tab on the phone/tablet Now tap the Computer icon to receive a transfer from your computer.
