When did you buy this computer. What operating system it was shipped with. What is the model no. Did you try to update the operating system to Windows 10 recently.. Please look at the key f6 and f7 key onkeyboard . You can see the hand symbol with fingers . That denotes the touchpad function key. On some models itwill be on f6 and some models it will be on f7. So we need to usethe right key depending upon the laptop model . If fn + f7 is notworking then we have to use f7 alone to make it to work. On some old laptop models there will be aseparate button right next to touch pad area which is beow the spacebar. It is used to turn on and off the touch pad. On some oldmodels it will be right next to power button. On all new models, f7key is used to enable and disable the touch pad. If you would like to disable and enable thetouchpad, please press and hold fn key on the keyboard and then press f6or f7 once. If the touchpad is not getting disabled you can eitherpress f6 alone or f7 alone without holding the fn key. Itis used to enable or disable the touchpad.. 2025-04-10Touchpad's performance, adjust the sensitivity and scrolling settings on your ASUS laptop. Increasing sensitivity can make the touchpad more responsive to light touches, while adjusting scrolling settings can improve the overall user experience. By customizing these settings, you can tailor the touchpad's behavior to suit your preferences.Cleaning the Touchpad SurfaceRegularly cleaning the touchpad surface is essential for maintaining its responsiveness. Over time, dirt, oil, and debris can accumulate on the touchpad, leading to decreased sensitivity and erratic behavior. Use a soft microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to gently wipe the touchpad surface. This simple maintenance routine can significantly improve the touchpad's responsiveness.Updating Device DriversOutdated or incompatible device drivers can cause various issues with the touchpad functionality on your ASUS laptop. To address these compatibility issues, ensure that you have the latest device drivers installed for your touchpad. Visit ASUS's official website or use their proprietary software to check for touch pad driver updates specific to your laptop model. Updating device drivers can resolve compatibility issues and optimize the performance of your touchpad.Booting into Safe Mode for TroubleshootingSafe ModeTo enable the touchpad on your ASUS laptop, you might want to consider booting into Safe Mode. This special diagnostic mode allows you to troubleshoot and fix certain issues with your laptop's operating system and touch pad without interference from third-party software.Laptop ModeWhen in Safe Mode, your laptop operates with a limited set of drivers and programs, which can help identify if the touchpad issue is caused
2025-04-07#1 Hi guys, i am trying to connect my xbox one controller to the NeoRageX emulator but it doesn't seem to work, and i need to know what im doing wrong, as i have gotten the drivers for my xbox one controller to be attached to the PC but i can't use it in the EMu any solutions? #2 Im sorry EmulatorZone Crew because im answering on this old post*There is no Posibility!* to do that neogeorage is old emulator *Only Can Emulate Pad!*use real pad like xbox one is imposible im recomend other neogeo emulators like :MAME, or multisystem bulid in calld RetroArchevery new emulator should use gamepad with drivers #3 It's only a year old or so, that fine. But yes I agree, the xbox 360 and xbxo one are xinput. That emulator support dinput, thus the only way to do this is with x360ce. x360ce will allow the xinput and convert it to dinput with a virtual joystick driver. Then in neorage you just use that virtual driver instead. Possibility is defined by the limits of your imagination.
2025-04-14Without being able to ask for clarification on your question for the surface on which you use your mouse, I would suggest replacing the mouse pad or not using one so long as the surface is a relatively uniform colour. In older versions of Windows (I'm sure it'd been fixed in XP) there used to be a problem in which something would hook into the pointer and cause it to move as an adjustment or attempted fix to the pointing device's movements... As random programmer mentioned in his comment on the question, applications can modify the pointer position. There could be something installed (even a driver) which is causing this issue.Have you installed any drivers or software specifically for your pointing device? A convenient way of checking whether there is any software causing this, is to boot into Safe Mode and see if the problem still exists.Another suggestion is to plug the mouse into another computer or laptop and see if the problem recurs. If you can, use it on the same surface that you do on your computer. I know you've already mentioned that you have replaced your mouse and have seen no change in behaviour, but it would be good to eliminate your mice (computer mouses?) as being problematic.Summary/TLDR:Try a new mousing surface (such as a new mouse pad, none at all or a piece of white paper taped to the desk if necessary)Boot into safe mode and see if it still happensUninstall or update any mouse drivers or software you have installedTry the mice/mouses in a different computer/laptop but on the same surface/table/mouse-pad and see if the problem recursEDIT: Are the mice wireless? There could be interference from another wireless device such as a network router, wireless keyboard or naturally recurring radiation....
