After I unlock a few VC things, one of the coaches will light up with "Hit X to attempt", and you get a drill thats worth 2-7 i believe. If u miss a practice the "next attribute" bar goes down so u have to do it consecutively aka meaning u have to miss endorsements and connections to get the extra upgrades past the max they start u with.
