A long time ago and in a galaxy far away, Windows were a slow, drab, lacking Operating System. Well, it's the dressing over a cake, the clothing over a body, the greenery covering a bush. Every operating system has a shell. It determines the way the OS looks and responds to the user. It was a good shell when Windows XP and 7 were around, but keeps deteriorating ever since.
